Using QueueBuddy
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- Report honestly. Don't submit fake wait times or abusive content.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
When you submit a wait report, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the app and use it to improve QueueBuddy. You can delete your account at any time.
No warranty
Wait times are crowd-sourced and may be wrong, outdated, or missing. QueueBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for time-critical decisions where being wrong has serious consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
